Unlike other home inspection franchise companies, all of our franchisees are certified by our National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI). Franchisees will begin as owner operators, performing the inspections. They are fully trained and certified as part of their initial training. Once they see considerable growth, they’ll bring on inspectors as the business scales, eventually becoming an executive owner if that’s what they desire.
To buy a franchise with HouseMaster you’ll need a minimum net worth of $80,000. Creative Colors International a franchise fee of $42,500. They also offer a discount for veterans.
